Anyone having success for better sleep or pain management using
‘Earthing’ or ‘Grounding’, specifically the grounding sheet? The therapy is about accepting electrons from the earth by walking barefoot on the earth or through a cord that plugs into the ground part of the electrical socket and attaches to this silver fingered sheet on your bed.

I have a grounding sheet but haven't noticed any changes in sleep or pain.
I'm sorry, but this stuff sounds like mumbo jumbo. You could try walking across hot coals. I don't mean to be critical, but I have seen too many scams out there that have no effect except to lighten your wallet.
True, alot
Hello. We all grasp at almost anything to help chronic pain. i know I do. But that sheet does sound bogus. Many newer techniques are used to help ease pain signals in the brain. So, there is something called "grounding with your senses". You could google those three words for an explanation. Best of all, it is FREE. I am going to try this. I just read about this today!
I don’t know exactly what to do. I joined the Mayo Chronic Pain Forum as Archie about 3 weeks ago. Nobody knew in the media w that I have suffered with adhesive arachnoiditis for 50 years. I know this is a moderated space so I have spoken freely about background and experience.
Today I received an ADVERTISEMENT FOR CHRONIC PAIN SOLUTIONS FROM VIDIT for a TENS unit. I know the moderators can’t control who reads these posts, but I feel VIOLATED by this intrusive push marketing from this company. Can anything be done to protect us all?
Archie
