IBS = Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Certain foods, as well as stress, can be independent triggers. It sometimes manifests as diarrhea; it sometimes manifests as constipation; sometimes people have both. A gross oversimplification is that everyone should be pooping a banana-sized stool. If you are not, it could be something you are eating or feeling. One doesn't have to overthink this unless one is experiencing defecation problems or gut discomfort.

OH! What I wouldn't give for a banana 💩. Skinny worm mounds is the most solid form I have had in years. I have a whole cheat sheet of abbreviations for my bizarre 💩 and lack of any 💩.
I don't know how you all feel, but I will vote for the president that knows a magic phone number to God, and get get a good trade in value for my whole GI tract and then get a brand new one ‼️👍‼️ Is this really too much to ask for? 😛 HaHa. Shelley
