It’s annoying when insurance gets involved. My cholesterol been over 300. My fist shot of. Leqvia brought it down 194. It also somehow works on breaking up the plaque in the arteries. I have genetically high cholesterol. My mother and sisters have problems.

Unfortunately I don't have any of their criteria or genetically high cholesterol, I just can't tolerate statins due to myalgia and muscle issues. If they deny the Praluent I will see if they can look into Leqvia. Insurance is ridiculous. I'm glad your's is down. Mine was 281 and is now down to 202 but if they don't approve the Praluent not sure what I will do. I can take statins for 5 months, go off a month and back on so not sure it's good to go up and down like that with the numbers
