@andiee Thank you for letting me know that my post was helpful to you. In retrospect I know I’ve had anxiety and depression since I was an adolescent. I had my first panic attack when I was 39-years-old and it took me some time to figure out what worked for me. I’m now 72-years-old and I still get anxious but not like in the past because I know better how to take care of myself. As will you.

So today was my first day of cymbalta… going to take it with Ativan until I can successfully get cymbalta in my system..guessing about 2 -4 weeks then continue to wean off of Ativan after the 2 weeks.
Thank you again for replying with how your experience was. Completely changed my outlook on this.
