What research/treatment is there in immunotherapy for prostate cancer?

Has there been any work done on Prostate cancer in the area of Immo therapy. I understand there have been great results in other cancers

Yes there has been work done, although prostate cancer has responded less well than some other cancers. It seems to work for people whose prostate cancer has specific genetic mutations.
Here are some articles I found helpful (source noted).

My husband has started immunotherapy treatment--he has had one infusion of Keytruda. He has stage 4 prostate cancer, Gleason 9 (4+5), mets to bones, lymph nodes and bladder. His genetic tests show high microsatellite instability (MSI-H), one of the markers that indicate immunotherapy could benefit him. I'm interested in insights from anyone else with experience with this treatment.
