Exercise, exercise, exercise. Do Chi Tai. Start from Beginners. I have heard Focused Ultrasound is good for tremors.

So true, @jord. Exercise combined with medication is the best way to avoid disability when it comes to any type of Parkinson's. I start the day with YouTube videos. The first one is a seated Yoga video, it only lasts for about 15 minutes. Then I move on to another video with more stretching and movement for the lower body.

What type of exercises do you find helpful?
