@yonklevy - I had aquablation the same monbth as you and have not had your negative orgasmic challenges. I am 72. You might benefit from talking to a urologist who has an ED specialty. I studied aquablation in depth before hand and the issues you are experiencing "shouldn't happen". My point is, there may be something else you need to track down.
