Sorry to hear your daughter is not feeling well! Did the doctor prescribe the Zofran that melt?! If so she might ask her doctor for the Zofran pills that do not melt, you swallow them. I had severe nausea every day for 3 years after a complication with a stomach surgery and the only ones that worked for me were the pills, the ones that melt did absolutely nothing. I was prescribed one 8mg three times per day and wow what a difference that made for me! I wish you and your daughter all the best!
