Its a diet recommended for inflamed colon and babies with nausea or diarrhea.
* Bananas
* White rice no butter
* Apple sauce or other canned, no fiber fruit, drained with no sugar added - like diced peaches
* Plain white (lowest fiber) toast
Plus overcooked (soft) non fibrous veggies. So no to brocolli and yes to green beans or potatoes or such, overcooked by ordinary standards
The idea is lowest fiber, avoiding sugar and sweeteners, fats.
