This is my first post. I had aquablation in February 2024. I am 60. My erections are much more brief, no semen and my “orgasm” lasts for a few seconds. I’ve taken a “viagra” type pill which prolongs my erection, but again my sexual feeling of excitement is very brief. My doctor’s response is, “Oh, that shouldn’t happen.” He doesn’t offer any solution. Any thoughts?

@yonklevy - I had aquablation the same monbth as you and have not had your negative orgasmic challenges. I am 72. You might benefit from talking to a urologist who has an ED specialty. I studied aquablation in depth before hand and the issues you are experiencing "shouldn't happen". My point is, there may be something else you need to track down.
