Hello to you too,
Thanks for your reply.
I am not taking Any medication for my bones. I’m still researching.
My primary Dr. prescribed Boniva a year ago, and my endocrinologist said NOT to take it as it doesn’t help the Femoral Neck in the hip joint.
She wanted me to take Fosamax. If I do take anything id prefer monthly remedy.

I take 1000 mg vitamin D3
Plant base algae supplements 600 mg per day (2 in am, 2 in pm)
300 mg magnesium

I am jogging some with a weight belt on land and in the pool.
I’m also doing more weight bearing exercises and many squats.
I swim too.
Vitamin B complex too.

Thank you for replying!! I appreciate you info on supplements. My doc
INSISTED I take Prolia, in spite of horrific side effects, like pain that
might cause me to be bedridden, after injections, etc, hair loss, et al..I
chose not to take it. I am in late 70's, working as a Church
administrator, and helping homeless in town, very active, walking thousands
of steps everyday...again, thank you for responding. Keep us updated if you
take Fortibone

which magnesium do you take?

Do you mind me asking your scores I’m -3 in spine- 3.3 I. Femur hip
