I have motor neuron disease and was having anxiety and stress. My doc put me on that and same dose. He said he did not want me to take every day as it is addictive. So I have been doing the breathing exercises when I start to feel that coming on. I don't take drugs if I don't need them.
I also try to walk as much as possible.
