I know I can't treat myself solely and I am taking the Plavix. My cardiologist has taken me off the blood pressure medication because it was causing me debilitating symptoms but I will be taking an injectable non statin starting next week I've been keeping a strict diet and monitoring my blood pressure as well as keeping a log and also keeping my cardiologist advised. I am open to all advice.

I was active and had SOB and then had same symptoms as you AFTER my first 2 mid LAD stents. Less than 3 months later, another cardiologist found what he thought was still my SOB and placed 2 more proximal LAD stents. I thought and have asked if I could be allergic to plavix. Response was ... "possibly but highly unlikely". BTW, I'm still on plavix since Sep 2022. They also have advised aspirin daily for the rest of my life (age 67). Metoprolol added and BP losartan low dose and imdur. I don't have high BP (avg 125/73) but was told in order to make my heart work less. I am familial high cholesterol and tried all the different statins and they all hurt my joints. Switched to injections, Repatha, then Praluent, then back to Repatha. Worked immediately. It's frustrating to not feel like myself and still not feeling well. Maybe if I stop the plavix, I will, but the cardiologists have all been hesitant to do so. Hope you feel better soon.
