If you are using it for nerve pain Mirica PEA ( available on Amazon) may be helpful. This was suggested by my pain management and neurosurgeon for nerve pain.
I’ve used Aloha Lipoic Acid (25mg/1cc injection) 1-2 times a week & my foot neuropathy is gone. You need a Dr to prescribe & his OK to have a companion do the injection in buttocks. I saw that the ALA is available in a vial on Amazon, but haven’t tried to get yet as my original vial came from a vitamin store in Sarasota, fl. You’ll need tb syringes or 3mm, an adapter so you can draw up the injection & alcohol wipes. It WORKS!!!
It was a store called “B1”, a vitamin store that gave me the first two injections about a week apart. By the end of the 2nd week I was not feeling any neuropathy Cost was about $85/each time. I talked to the nurse and she told me I could do the injections myself at home; just needed to buy the supplies. That’s what I did (they charged me about $600 for the vial which should last about 3 months. I imagine you can get a vial through a dr as vials are available on line @ Amazon for less tha $100. I’ll do that when I run out. You’ll also have to get 3cc syringes, 25ga insulin needles, an adapter to draw up 1cc in the syringe & some alcohol wipes. Administered in butt

Just talked to Olympia pharmacy (Jason). He said they will only accept a prescription from a Dr. they don’t sell direct to patients.
Perhaps a primary care Dr would order for you. I have the option to order from my vitamin store in Sarasota, but that was $600 & the product is less than $100 from Olympia
Just talked to Jason at Olympia Lucy. He said they only sell to Drs. You probably need to have some Dr write a Rx for you. I’m using my vitamin store in Sarasota but paying a lot more for the medicine

Just be aware you need a Dr to help because it’s an Rx item. Look for a website for Olympia Pharmaceuticals for more information
The supplier I found on line was Olympia Pharmaceuticals and they have the 25mg/mi dose vial

Have there been any studies to show that injecting R-ALA works better than pills, or is it just to avoid stomach upset?
