Hi @kristie2 did your endo give a reason for the advantages of 1-2 year prolia then reclast? If you dont mind, could you share your bmd % improvements with 12mo evenity? Thank you very much!

My endo was always against Prolia but she said a new study came out and this was the best way to go . That the longest I would be on is 1-2 years before switching. My t score of my spine was -4.6 when I started Evenity .

The endo felt that the Prolia would continue to build bone where the reclast would just maintain it . Hopefully my insurance will approve another DEXA . It’s scheduled in about 3 weeks .
