Some seeds are from grasses, such as wheat, rye, barley, spelt (gluten containing grains), oats, rice, quinoa, millet, and others. They are genetically quite different from nut and seed flours such as almond, buckwheat, hemp, flax, and others that are not grasses. Your comment suggests that you are allergic/sensitive to a number of things. I keep a food log because of autoimmune diseases (celiac...), just to see if I get new food intolerances.
