Are there "scar tissue" specialists?

I have had 3 TKRs plus a revision on the same knee. Infections post surgery has taken me down this path. Through this 4 year process, I have been in and out of physical therapy, and I have made progress but have had to stop therapy when an infection occurs.
All of this has given me "a ton" of scar tissue around and above my knee, limiting my mobility. During my last revision, the surgeon removed "two pounds" of scar tissue! It's growing back!
My big question at this point is, are there therapists and/or rehab providers that specialize in scar tissue "removal or manipulation?" I know all physical therapists are familiar with it, but I feel like I need someone who has experience with deep tissue scarring as I am experiencing? Are there professionals specializing in this?
