Good evening, @koleke. Are you already a patient of the Mayo Clinic? If not you can complete an appointment request by following the directions on the right-hand side of this screen. That was how I chose to make my first request. Dr. Wermers requested the virtual appointment this year. I didn't ask him why. It may have been because it would save me a trip to Rochester, and I could get the tests done and have the results sent to him. I did use that appointment request format for my first Mayo visit. You just complete the request and email it as directed. Within 3 days you will receive a follow-up call to discuss your preferences and learn what might be available.

Another Connect member was in Rochester and just walked into the section for endocrinologists and found it possible to request an appointment.
