You are correct drinking too much water in too short of time can give you a condition called hyponatremia, but that usually happens when you drink a large amount of water in a short time I drink mine over 24 hour. Including when I get up at night (I’m 73). I have been in Arizona for 26 years and have drank quite a bit of water the entire time. That said, early next week I have my quarterly appointment with my nephrologist at Mayo. They do the whole shebang blood & urine. I’ll let you know what they tell me.

I hope I didn't offend you by what I said but now that you have explained yourself I understand better. BTW, I will be 77 on September 2nd, wow! I hope you have great results from your checkup. Take care. : )
