I also have issue with scar tissue…. I use Graston technique, myofascial it has helped tremendously…. Right now I am trying something totally different my daughter into holistic medicine…. For my birthday she got me caster oil and pads I put oil on the pad keep it on my knee 24 -7 it has been about week and half my knee is not as stiff and sore I also have been stretching and not exercising because of my other knee….and I was at gym 5 days week … But I am in less pain so I will take it…. Let you know how caster oil goes it is said if you wear for long time it will break down deep scar tissue so we will see …. Worth a shot because I know I am not having anymore surgeries….good luck to everyone hope you find some pain free moments and something that helps you…
