I've used both. Both equally don't work much for me out of the box from the grocery store. What does help is CBD with some THC mixed, if you have access to a dispensary. I do, as marijuana is legal in Oregon where I am. Even with no THC, dispensary CBD lotions and creams contain several times the strength of supermarket varieties. The THC amount is low, something like 0.1mg, coupled with 160mg of CBD. The best Charolette can do is 60mg. I know a lot are turned off by the THC. Believe it not, seniors comprise a large percent of the population buying from dispensaries here. We know by experience products there do relieve our pain against anything else without an Rx.

You need a small amount of THC to activate the CBD. I use a gummie with high CBd and low THC but I also use regular weed when needed

I use prescribed diclofenic cream for my arthritis. It is the ingredient in volterin but much stronger.
My pharmacist prepares it.
