Mirtazapine: Has anyone got a good tapering off regime?

I am tapering off 15mg of Mirtazapine. I have been reducing the dose by 0.5mg every 2 weeks. I am now down to 5.5mg after 64 days. Do I just carry on reducing by 0.5mg every 2 weeks or do I change now I’m down to only 5.5mg.

Were you taking Mirtazapine for neuropathy? Did a neurologist prescribe it? Did it help?
