My diet is admittedly not great, as I live alone, am poor, and loathe cooking. I take a multivitamin, and a bone supplement with calcium, Vitamin K2, magnesium, and a few other things. Normally I walk or do low impact aerobics at least once a day, I recently injured my back (muscle, not spine) so had to take a break from that but am getting back to it now.
