Malarkey. Ancient humans only had a lifespan of twenty some years. Although many of the processed, packaged foods available today are not good for you, a restricted diet like you list is not healthy, plus, that diet never existed. Humans always ate nuts, fruits and grains.
That’s totally opposite of what my rheumatologist and neurologist told me to eat. I was told no milk products, nothing with sugar, no butter (butter has inflammatory things added even real butter) and no salt. Only olive oil no other oils. No flour or grains including oatmeal. No bread can only eat Ezekiel bread that has no flour. No pork induces inflammation due to the fact they do not sweat.
Red meat only twice a month grain feed only, fish wild caught, hormone free chicken and turkey. No broccoli or cauliflower if you have thyroid conditions. No sodium products induce inflammation.
