She's had one , they say the cushion between her vertebrae is pretty much gone. No surgery.

ok. then that could very well be the cause of her headaches. causing an unbalance to her neck and head. which could be leading to a tension or maybe triggering Migraines. along with causing poor posture. but why not surgery? her choice or doctors? danny5
