I suffer from many of the symptoms you describe here. In addition, I have terrible hot flashes and profuse sweating (mostly in the morning or at night) as well as terrible chronic neck pain with no cause seen on my cervical spine MRI. I plan to push for upright dynamic MRI to see my cervical spine in flexion and extension to see if something is getting compressed with motion.
