I have that. It's been diagnosed as severe stenosis. I've had discs replaced at C4-5 and C5-6 in the last 18 months. I play blues guitar as a hobby that that's very hard to impossible to do anymore. I've lost a fair amount of dexterity. I use a lot of arthritis cream for sure. The disc replacement stemmed off more damage but my hands aren't any better. Maybe someone here will have that magic thing we didn't know about to make it better?
