@heyheyhi Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect! I couldnt answer your question even if I wanted to, but we have many members with the disease and they’ll probably come to your help.
You mention that you use supplements, PT, and exercise. No medications? Does it worry you to not be on medications?
By any chance, do you mean ocrevus?

Yes ocrevus (sorry). Yes I've worried about not being on a DMT and periodically reviewed drug pipeline for MS. Its not because I believe in "natural" remedies. I have another health issue (not auto immune) for which I INSISTED on the most aggressive (injectable) drug therapy. I was simply unconvinced that pre ocrevus drugs actually halted MS progression. Ocrevus seems to operate differently and I'm encouraged by it.
