Facet joint disease

For facet joint disease on the neck, is the facet injection the way to go for pain? Currently dealing with it with voltaren and Tylenol arthritis on and off. How long does it last and is repeat needed? Wondering if it will be too invasive or risky when I can manage some what.
Thank you!

I have facet syndrome, osteoarthritis, stenosis, myelomalacia with bulging discs from c2-T2 Having surgery laminectomy in Aug. woke up one day and couldn’t walk. I had been dropping things but now my fingers are numb. I can’t-walk well, very off balance. My left side is weak and my feet are numb and burn at times. I feel what feels like lighteningbolts and shocks. My hands feel colder than they are and they burn inside like frostbite. Im telling you this because it has taken 6 months for the CORRECT diagnosis so if you find you have these symptoms maybe they can look at your neck. I don’t have neck problems til now. I have severe low back problems

I had a cervical epidural 8 days ago and my TOS pain around the arm pit, chest and blade area seems to be gone although i still have some pins and needles on my arm and hand which now i am not sure if they are caused by nerve compression by upper trap muscles which i am going to try trigger point injections on.
However, more bothersome symptoms are pressure at the back of lower head closer to hair line along with sinus pressure as well as tightness in the same area that muffles my ears as well as giving me tinnitus as well as dizziness at times. When this is worse, i am getting weak/weird/tightening feeling on my arms and lower legs as well…. And cold hands and feet…. The doctors have not commented about this weakness i feel…. Below is my mri report from last April 2024. But the doctors have said my MRI does not match my symptoms….
Does anyone have any similar symptoms?
Thank you
Jae
