I agree, don't think it is autoimmune related. I drank 3-4 glasses of wine every night til this all started, but thought I was OK and somewhat healthy. NOT

I have learned wine/alcohol is bad for your central/peripheral nervous so avoid wine now (which I used to love a good glass of red wine now and then). I have small fiber and peripheral neuropathy (affecting large and small fibers) so trying to preserve what nerve system health I have left.
