@omarfather Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I hope that others will be able to respond about their experiences. It must be heartbreaking to see your son struggle, and bless you for coming here for support!

You don't mention how old your son is, or what treatments for his apraxia he may be going through. I think having a dedicated medical team that works together to give your son the best chances possible, is very critical right now! Do you have that in place?

Thank you for your kind words. My son is five years old now
We started experiencing symptoms of autism three years ago
Since then, I have been going to rehabilitation centers for skills and speech, but he has not spoken yet, even though he spoke normally until the age of two and two months.
As for apraxia and hyperactivity, the diagnosis was made only a week ago, and since then I have been very sad and feel bad.
In my country, Egypt, most centers are more concerned with profit than with children, and a large percentage of them are fraudsters and do not have the academic degrees qualified to treat such diseases.
I do not have the opportunity to join one of the centers every period of time until my son improves, but this has lost three years of my son’s life so far. All I hope for is to find a center that makes progress in treating my son.
All centers do not provide physical treatment, but only training sessions
