You may need to get an MRI of your cervical spine to see if you have a disc bulge/stenosis which is impacting your spinal cord/nerve roots/blood flow.

I am set up with a MRI of my lower back Aug 7 is that different from cervical spine?

there are a host of conditions in the cervical spine that can cause that—i had it so badly that multiple Neurisurgeons told me my MRI showed was at risk of quadriplegia if i fell. Ultimately, part of it was also osteoporosis and an infusion of Reclast reversed enough of the damage that i am no longer high risk
