A second or third opinion is always valuable but the CT does not lie.
How big is your cavity?
My surgery was not suggested due to MAC but rather the aspergillus that set into a fungal ball in my cavity 2 years ago.
I had an unsuccessful resection 5 years ago and now NJH wants to do a full RUL lobectomy.
Like you I do feel pretty good but must limit my exertion so I am pushing it down the road or if ever.
