I enjoyed the chance to get to know you and my favorite part was about shellfish! I grew up on the Atlantic but now I'm in the desert. Green chile is great, but it will never compete with steamed mussels (and please don't put chile peppers IN my mussels!). Thanks for being here.

Thanks Miriam! No diet is complete without a moderate amount of green chiles, but I agree, probably would take over the taste of fresh seafood. I never met a mussel I didn't like!
