Just an update...
Thought I'd update...many of you are familiar with my clinical history (attached). In April, I met with my radiologist and oncologist, we agreed to come off Orgovyx after 12 months plus SBRT to a single PLN node identified in a March 2023 scan.
My oncologist favored six more months, well, pretty sure he wanted 12 more but was trying to get six and then at that point he would have once again said...
Radiation oncologist was supportive of coming off Orgovyx, knowing that I would have labs and consults every three months, have decision criteria on when to image and when to go back on treatment. She also said at their case review boards, oncologists were all over the map when it came to length of time on ADT, the risk-benefits and supporting data.
So, labs 9 July, consult 13 July.
PSA .01
T 328
I figured the T would recover (I think it will recover some more...), that is an advantage to Orgovyx. I also figured the three months follow up would have an undetectable PSA.
Consult with oncologist went well given the lab results. I know that when my PCa returns (I'm looking for 2-3 years, my instinct says oncologist feels less than that) he's going to push for 24 months Orgovyx and Xtandi along with SBRT if possible, he confirmed. I said I was open to that, let's see what the clinical data says then and what's new in treatment.
Next prostate specific anxiety test, 9 October, until then, enjoy! WIfe and I have a trip to Glacier National Park, Waterton and Banff planned in September.

Best of luck!
Good Luck @kujhawk1978 ! Please post and let us know how your trip went. Glacier is definitely on our Bucket List.
Good luck! We went to Glacier last year after trying for three years…finally made it and it was worth the wait. Fantastic place. Be sure to take the road to the sun. Advance reservations are required.
We are staying in the Many Glacier Lodge four nights and then the McDonald Lake Cabins four nights. This year the timed entry requirements ends on 8 September, our first day is the 11th, so, no issues! GTSR is on our itinerar as oare boat tours - Many Glacier, Two Medicine and McDonald Lake!
Much joy. Totally enjoy your updates and your graft enchants me.
You referenced clinics on 9 July. Was it at the Westwood clinic @ Ku? I saw a person there that day that resembled photos of you but couldn’t be sure so didn’t embarrass myself. I saw my med oncologist there that day.
I was at the former Olathe Health Cancer Center, now the KU Cancer Center on 151sr
My bad have a great trip sounds scenic
