Anyone had cancer return while taking hormone therapy meds?

I may have a local recurrence ( awaiting biopsy anxiously) after a mastectomy 2.5 years ago - no rad- but on Anastrozole! So is this a possible resistance to anastrozole? A “clib” med may be on horizon if so.

Is the Ribociclib a two year regiment or ongoing ?

My ribociclib is ongoing until it doesn’t work then will do a change to something else. The neutropenia has been a challenge for me.
