cnorrander, I have had muscle cramps and alot of nerve pain in my legs after having Covid in late 2022. Was finally diagnosed with hip osteoarthritis, which causes pain and nerve pain in the legs. I tried prescription Meloxicam and Diclofenac, but neither worked for me. But they do work for many people. I take 2400mg of Ibuprofen and 3900mg of Acetaminophen everyday. But can't take that much of both forever. I will probably get total hip replacement surgery. And I pray that it goes well and I can get back to walking, biking and hiking without pain!
