Ugly shoes are the answer!
I used to wear heels to work. In April of 2018, I noticed the plantar fasciitis and stopped wearing heels.
Orthotic footwear. Everything must have adequate support and cushioning. No pinched toe boxes.
It helped immensely. I Don't get foot pain or that awful collapsing pain and sensation very often now.
Brooks trainers are the bomb. Best shoes I've found for support.
