Well that's good news because I breastfed for years and always wondered if it contributed to my osteoporosis.
Thank you, it's encouraging that OP is still on the radar!
Interesting and exciting read!! Thanks for sharing !! I’ll be curious to keep up on studies related to the CCN3 hormone and hope all here keep their eyes open for information so we can share with each other developments in this area of research!!
unless I misread the article the CCN3 actually helps maintain bone health at least in mice. I would assume it has the same or similar response in people, hopefully. It will be interesting to follow this development and see if it results in a therapy.
Thank you for sharing this important information.
Thank you for sharing! Very interesting and definitely something to follow.
Yes, thank you for sharing. So excited to hear there is promising research out there.
In my opinion, the current medications for Osteoporosis all have way too many side effects. I am currently on Prolia and experiencing them.
Looking forward to hearing more.!
Do weight bearing exercises. Start with small 2 lb weights sitting in chair bend legs helps to strengthen bones.
I also want to add the following that might be promising. Here are two links. The first one is easier to read and the 2nd is the actual study which gets pretty technical. It is called Pepitem.
