I use portable fans, wear linen cool clothes and use an ice neck wrap. Amazon sells these bandana looking neck wraps that can be wet then frozen. I keep several in the freezer and swap them out.

I am also very lucky to air conditioned car seats which are invaluable!

I too need the room temperature around 67. I also bought a "cooling" blanket also from Amazon.

CVS sells a cooling gel and cooling neck patches. They come in handy when you aren't near a freezer.

I had to take off the mattress protector I had on as it was too hot. I keep a beach towel on top of the mattress pad. I can then wash the towel and sheet and not the mattress pad as much.

This summer has been hot! I walk the dog in the a.m. and spend the rest of the time in air-conditioning.

I just got the GE quiet AC on sale to replace an old noisy one. I also have lots of ceiling fans that help move the AC around the room.

My husband is always freezing, but he can put on a jacket!

I also found my favorite cotton jammies are no longer my friend as they stay wet. I bought a couple of cheap polyester type short night gowns at Walmart the seem to dry quicker.

Thank you @flowergal. I appreciate your suggestions very much. My husband wears a winter hat inside the house because he feels so cold. It is funny to know that it is 95 degrees outside with 90% humidity and to see him in a sweatshirt and hat as soon as he gets cooled down. I will let him know that he is not the only husband who has a hot wife. 😀 😀 😀
