where did you get a saliva cortisol test from. That is of great interest to me 🙂 I can relate to your trying to address the chronic stress that has plagued you .

Canary 4 point saliva test. Be sure to read the instructions prior to taking. You need to avoid certain meds, supplements and food. My cortisol was bottomed out in the morning. Started drinking an adrenal cocktail at 2:00 PM every day and taking Drenamin per my Dr.
