Did this problem ever resolve for anyone? I'm experiencing nearly exactly the same thing, I was treated for chlamydia two months ago and now I'm experiencing thick yellow discharge, pelvic pain and frequent urination. Went back to the clinic and all my tests for everything were negative, the nurse concluded I had PID and gave me an injection and a two week course of antibiotics, which my symptoms have definitely improved but not completely gone away. I'm worried that once I stop taking the medication I'm going to be back to square one. How did this work out for you @kas1792 ? Thank you

Hi, @xopinkchampagne - welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. Dealing with discharge, pelvic pain and frequent urination would be challenging. That sounds wise that you went back in to the clinic to get some testing and some answers.

You talked about being diagnosed with pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). Here is some information on that diagnosis from Mayo Clinic that may be of interest to you https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/pelvic-inflammatory-disease/symptoms-causes/syc-20352594

@lifesha12 @rdrdhap @predictable @suzette @poppysmith @softame45 @travelgirl may have some thoughts for you on where you may stand with the symptoms at this juncture in your antibiotics course or on pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).

You talked about your symptoms improving and yet not going away entirely, @xopinkchampagne. Are you at the end of your antibiotics course? Have you mentioned your concerns to the doctor about being back to square one when you are done with the medication?
