I am communicating with an MD [neurologist] in Phoenix on McDowell Road who does Calmare Therapy (that is just another name for Scrambler Therapy) . Wants $350 or $450 for evaluation (which may be covered by Insurance) and has a special at $200 for each treatment (normally $350 which is too expensive)
