Sorry to horn in @kas1792, since I can't give you any advice from personal experience. But I maintain surveillance on the Mayo Connect for mentions of Ciprofloxacin and Levaquin, both of which are fluoroquinolone medications, and are under sharp warnings from the Food and Drug Administration regarding their use. You mentioned that military doctors prescribed both medications for your use over at least medium terms, which may be hazardous. For specific information, see https://medlineplus.gov/druginfo/meds/a688016.html which lays out the warnings that were issued in May 2016, two months after your initial infection was examined by your military doctor.

The side effects from this medication don't appear to be related to your underlying symptoms, but steady long-term use of fluroquinolones could complicate your situation, so we wanted to clear up any potential hazard from that medication. I'd also suggest that you try to obtain a comprehensive diagnosis of your symptoms from a team of physicians, not simply an OB or two. And as necessary, insist on a referral to another doctor or group of physicians, using your right to petition up the command chain for alternative evaluations of your condition.

my sympathies to you kas1792, all I know is stay away from Cipro and Levaquin, I tried Cipro many years ago and had awful side effects also Levaquin, maybe Keflex and Amox TR-K-Clv generic for Augumentin will help.
