I think my last Prolia was September 2022 and this is my hair now. Wimpy, but better.

I have heard about Rosemary. I will give it a try.
I have been taking Biotin as well.
The other thing I noticed was that my fingernails have become tissue paper thin!

Did you go on a followup med after Prolia? Would you share which one? Did it cause hair loss?

I also am also experiencing massive hair loss after 3rd shot. Can't believe I agreed to go on this poison.

Trying to figure out what my next step is.
