I begin Evenity in about 2 weeks...At 77, it has been a battle ( 10 yrs +) to do it naturally...increased calcium through foods, vitamin D, weight bearing exercises...(at least I have never broken a bone)...I feel like I have been thrown down on the mat and the count has begun! Here I go!
