Did your doctor monitor your muscle mass as you lost weight?

I get comments a lot since I lost so much weight since last year. I am now down 87 pounds. A neighbor recently inquired from a family member about my drastic loss, saying she is so skinny. Lol. Made me laugh a little, since I’m not quite at goal weight, but substantially smaller than last year at this time.

There’s so much going in in my life right now. Still, I fantasize getting my body the way I want.
