I had a digital scan of feet inserts
made and fitted to othofeet sneaker which it turns out the tonge is stitched to top of shoe so laces are very difficult to loosen which is key to stopping pressure on top of foot. hence they are too tight .... UgH. I will wear for a few hours then must change to crocs with Dr. sholls inserts and then get off feet for 30minutes.
im tempted to go to sketchers and get a sneaker with wide toe box.
Anyone used sketchers????

I wear Skechers a lot and they are always comfortable. They have more room around the toe box. I even have booties for winter. They are lined with a soft furry fabric, and I wear them without socks - they feel great.

Although more expensive try Nike Fly Away - a terrific step in shoe
