I'm at 10 weeks and don't have a surgery date due to Mri finding another lesion.Now they want another biopsy.I'm probably at 12 to 13 weeks when I finally get surgery.Very frustrating. I'm 76,DCIS hormone pos.2 lumps so far one lymph node.Hope they don't find anything else.Started anastazole today.

Anastrozole is very effective in shrinking ER+ tumor. My PA said during the covid they prescribed Anastrozole because of long wait for surgery. She said in some people (I assume ER+) the tumors shrank substantially.
