Ah, if you don't do anything, does it affect your physical activities, like fast walking? And do you feel heart beating fast because of the inflamed airways?

I need to do more cardio...I do occasionally bushwalk and walking up hills makes everything harder, can't talk etc...but I feel it is very good for my lungs, and I like to do it. Last year at Rottnest Island I noticed a big deterioration in my capacity for bike riding on the hills there...was quite shocked. I assumed it was from the Bronchiectasis, but I need to check that it wasn't my asthma...maybe take some Ventolin prior to the exercise?

Maybe the tumeric (curcumen) is actually helping you without your being aware, if you have been taking it long term?
